Juan Valdez and his donkey have been hawking Colombian Coffee for years on TV…well now it’s your gourmet coffee snob turn to to let you know about all of the great tasting coffee over at spotajava coffee.

Coffee. It’s a delectable word.  It makes you follow the aroma especially with the great tasting roasted coffee beans.  Coffee is a popular drink at home, in the office, or just about anywhere.  Tastes may vary depending on how the drinker wants the brew of the coffee and the type of coffee beans. Most drinkers, who are so picky about the flavor of their coffee, would consider home coffee bean brewing instead of spending tons and tons of ca$h on the oh so expensive starbux or maybe some of the other currently popular swill on the caffeine  scene today.

Coffee items can be bought for prices that are next to nothing but most people do not bother looking for them, it just takes a little more effort on their part and in no time at all the money you have saved could go towards buying a stainless steel coffee maker or some great tasting flavored coffee.  Once you get your beans, there are a few secrets to the process getting your fresh bean juice to your waiting taste buds.

Never use pre-ground coffee. Pre-ground coffee will lose its flavor and essence within a very short period of time.  Grinding before you brew is your best bet that no flavor is lost due to time.  Always use cold filtered water when brewing your coffee.  The water you use represents 98% of your cup of coffee.

Filtering the water will remove impurities that could affect the taste.  Poor quality water can come from a variety of sources.  Example, older house will have older pipes. Theses pipes tend to give the water an off flavor. You will want to remove this by filtering.  The basic rule is the better the water, the better the coffee.

Some coffee sippers say skip the paper filters and go for the gold.  I think not…and I’ll tell ya why.  Gold filters are simply gold plated wire…and what happens to gold plating with time…if you insist on using gold coffee filters…let me know how that gold taste and maybe I’ll come out with a gold flavored coffee someday.

You know that making coffee is one of the easiest things in the world to do so don’t mess things uP or make it harder that it is…and remember…it all comes down to…Coffee – How do you like yours?
